Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Boforg Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”) processes information when you use botintegration, a system that connects to the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Graph API to respond to page comments and inbox messages, post content, and provide analytics.

1) Who we are

2) What we collect

• Meta Page & Account Data: page IDs, page names, page access tokens, connected account IDs, and permissions/scopes granted to botintegration.
• Content & Engagement: public comments, replies, reactions, message metadata, and message content required to automate replies you configure.
• Operational Logs: request/response timestamps, server IPs, error logs, webhook deliveries.
• Configuration Data: automation rules, templates, settings you save in the app.
• Cookies: session and CSRF cookies for our dashboard; no third-party ad cookies.

3) How we use the data

• Automate replies to comments and inbox messages you instruct us to send.
• Publish posts you schedule or trigger.
• Provide analytics (e.g., counts and summaries).
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve botintegration.
• Comply with Meta Platform Terms and applicable law.

4) Legal bases

We process data to perform our contract with you, based on your consent where required, and for legitimate interests (security, preventing abuse, improving reliability).

5) Sharing

• No sale of personal data.
• Service providers (cloud hosting, logging) under contract and only as necessary.
• Compliance with law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

6) Retention

Operational logs up to 180 days. Content/analytics data up to 365 days (or less if you delete sooner), unless a longer period is required by law or requested for ongoing services.

7) Security

Encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege keys. We continuously improve safeguards.

8) International transfers

Data may be processed in regions where our infrastructure/providers operate; we take steps to protect it.

9) Your choices & rights

• Disconnect our app from your Meta assets at any time.
• Access/correction/deletion: adriannzvimbo@gmail.com.
• Opt out of non-essential analytics by contacting us.

10) Children

botintegration is not directed to children under 13.

11) Meta platform data

We request only permissions needed for the functions you enable and do not use platform data for ads or building independent profiles.

12) Data deletion

Request deletion by emailing adriannzvimbo@gmail.com or use Meta’s data deletion flow which will call our endpoint and return a confirmation code. See /legal/data-deletion/.

13) Changes

We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.
